In 2008 Tony Suleiman, Dave Tanner and Ron Roaks joined forces and founded The Commercial Connection Team with one goal in mind – to provide the highest level of service to their clients at all times.  They knew that the team approach was the best way to do that.  Since they formed the team, their client base has more than doubled.  Today The Commercial Connection Team thrives as one of the top producing groups in the commercial real estate arena.

Tony has over 11 years experience buying and selling Real Estate and has built a
business and reputation on his straight talk and impeccable ethics in business.
He specializes in Commercial Building Sales and Leases, as well as Residential Income Properties.

Tony has been recognized by Prudential for outstanding achievements including the Prudential Diamond Club Award, the Chairman’s Circle Award, the President’s Circle Award, and the Director’s Club Award.  His peers awarded him with the Thomas R Stone Associate of the Year Award in 2004.  This award honors Real Estate professionals who have the highest standards of ethics in business.

Tony has worked with local businesses owners, including O'Dell Engineering, State Farm Insurance, Roger's Jewelers, Bright Homes, North American Title, Leer Corp, and many others.

Tony is a member of the Modesto Rotary, Modesto Chamber of Commerce, Toastmasters International (Treasurer), Seven Oaks at Barton Ranch Homeowners Association (Past President).  Tony also has the Competent Communicator Designation from Toastmasters International.

Tony has been a California and Central Valley resident for over 20 years and lives with his family in Ripon. He is passionate about traveling the world and SCUBA diving as often as possible. 
 

David C. Tanner

 Dave Tanner has over 37 years’ real estate experience, and has lived in Modesto his entire life.  As a result he has many contacts in the community and an extensive knowledge of the area.

Dave started his real estate career as a builder, doing both residential and commercial projects, and after a short time moved into real estate sales.  After a long association with the company as a sales associate, Dave acquired ownership of Wolverine Real Estate, one of the oldest real estate firms in the area. 

While owning Wolverine Real Estate, he became actively involved in the professional real estate association and was elected president of the Central Valley Association of REALTORS® in 1995 and 1996.

In 1995 Dave decided to refocus his energies on commercial real estate, so he merged Wolverine Real Estate with Prudential California Realty.  Since then he has demonstrated his abilities with commercial real estate by receiving several awards from Prudential Commercial Real Estate as well as the national Prudential Real Estate organization.

 Ronald L. Roaks
Sales Associate 

Ron is a native of Illinois, and grew up in the Chicago area.  After earning his masters degree in urban planning from the University of Illinois, he started his professional career with the planning department in Syracuse, N.Y. 

In 1975, Ron was tasked with preparing the first Community Development Block Grant Program application to HUD on behalf of Onondaga County, N.Y.  From 1975 to 1985, he administered the CDBG program for the county, overseeing capital development projects as well as a housing rehabilitation program.

In 1985 Ron shifted his focus to the private sector, becoming the administrative vice president of the Greater Syracuse Association of REALTORS®.  He moved to Modesto in 1993 to be the chief executive officer of the Modesto Association of REALTORS®.

In 1996 he came to Prudential California Realty as vice president of administration where, among his other responsibilities, he implemented a program to computerize the office.

In 1999 he moved into commercial real estate sales and leasing at Prudential Commercial Real Estate.  Ron's background and experience have given him the skills to dig out and analyze the details.
